Terms & Conditions
- Free cancellation until 14 days before Check-in Date. Your card on file will be charged up to 14 days before arrival. If you book within 14 days of your reservation, your card will be charged immediately and is non-refundable.
- We are a NON SMOKING/VAPING property including rooms, doorways, outdoor gazebo area and the parking lot. Smoking is only permitted in the back alley behind the motel. Smoking/Vaping will result in a $200 cleaning fee.
- Pet Policy: We only allow qualified ADA service animals and require notification at time of booking. Otherwise NO PETS and an additional $200 charge PER NIGHT will be added to your reservation if you choose to "sneak" in a pet.
-Self check-in is available 24/7. You will be sent your door passcode before arrival.
- Early Departure: We do not offer refunds for early departures. No Exceptions.
- We are a boutique motel and not a full-service hotel. We do not provide daily housekeeping nor do we have a front desk that is staffed 24/7. Housekeeping is on site during the day and we are available and responsive over the phone, e-mail or text to assist with guest needs. If you have any special requests, please contact us.
- North Idaho Inn will charge your card for unpaid balance, damages, items taken, pet, and/or smoking cleaning charges. It also represents your consent to all policies, procedures, and rules as outlined here.
-For your safety and the safety of others, surveillance cameras are installed outdoors at this property.
-Please be respectful and mindful of your fellow guests. For excessive noise and partying at inappropriate times, we reserve the right to escort you off the property and cancel the remainder of your reservation. You will receive no refund in any way. Quiet hours are 10:00 pm to 7:00 am.
- Lost Items Policy: We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during your stay with us. We ask you to please make sure your valuables are secure. If we find items after your departure, we will hold them for 30 days for you to reclaim, after which items will be donated or disposed of.
